Options for sending photos
1. Images 10MB and smaller can be emailed to: everydayheroes@bodytorque.com.au
2. Images 10MB and larger are to be sent via
FTP through: www.yousendit.com
3. Alternatively burn your image/s on CD or DVD
and post to: PO Box 353 Ocean Grove Vic 3226
Photo quality
The only limitation to being part of the project is the quality of the photo. We are aiming to produce a high quality, limited edition book. To do this we need to assess each photo submitted to ensure it can be reproduced to an appropriate standard.
Photos are to be provided in digital format as high resolution (300ppi) JPEG, TIF (Photoshop compatible) or PSD files. RAW files are also accepted.
Please note: Colour adjustments may be necessary for production purposes.
Step 2.
You will receive confirmation by email that your photo
is eligible. Details of payment options and a terms
& conditions form will also be provided for you to sign and return.
Step 3.
You will receive receipt of payment by mail or email. Just a reminder that the print date of the book will
be finalised after all the pages are reserved. In the meantime, you will receive regular updates as to
the progress.
Step 4.
You receive your Copy(s) in the mail!

Photo Format
and Submission
What type of photo should it be?
Anything that sums up your love of cycling. One of the great things about this book will
be seeing all the different ways we all share our passion.
Does the photo have to be of me or taken
by me? No.You just need to be the legal owner of the photo.
Is the book open to professional photographers? Yes. Especially if you have
a real passion for cycling.
Can I have more than one page in the book? Yes. Each photo simply needs to meet the requirements mentioned above.
What format does my photo need to be to be selected for the book? Photos are to be provided in digital format as high resolution (300ppi) JPEG, TIF (Photoshop compatible)

Payment Options
Do I make payment when I register for the project? No. The first stage of registration requires an assessment of your photo. We will contact you by email/phone to let you know whether or not your photo has been accepted. Payment will be processed after this confirmation. Your options will include EFT, Visa or MasterCard.
