Over 1000 riders were at Apollo Bay today for the first ever Rainforest Ride.   A little bit of rain to start but otherwise pretty much perfect riding weather. Rapid Ascent the event organisers did not get anything wrong! The cyclist in the best kit today was Laurie Griffith from Geelong. Laurie has recovered like a champion after being hit by a car in Tour Down Under. Today he looked like a pro...

For the first time this year the Rotary Club of Central Launceston has partnered with Sally Fletcher, veteran fund raiser for Mental Health in Tasmania. The Gong Ride is  one of Australia’s largest fundraising rides. Capped at 10,000 riders this year for safety each rider aims to raise a minimum of $200.  Cyclists are riding to support people living with MS. In 2008 the ride raised just over $2M  this year they are aiming for $3M. Many riders and companies enter as teams. Some of the teams we know about and made kit for this year got huge...
